Celebrating St. Joseph’s Day and Spring!
This past Tuesday was not only St. Joseph’s Day but was also the start of Spring. All month long the Residents have been making sunshine crafts including suns and vases to display spring flowers. The Residents gathered in St. Anne’s household, which was decorated with all the spring crafts that were made earlier in the month, to enjoy the celebration. A pianist provided musical entertainment and delicious baked goods made by a volunteer were enjoyed by the Residents.
Although the temperature outside might not yet be Spring weather, the smiles and warmth inside during this Sunshine Celebration surely made up for it!
